Facilities: For independent living, 256 one and two bedroom apartments and garden homes arranged in a neighborhood-like setting. Onsite, professionally staffed skilled health center with 60 beds and 28 assisted living apartments. Westminster Village is the only community on the Alabama Gulf Coast that offers complete life care living.

Services/Amenities: Choice of meal each day in the community dining room, state-of-the-art fitness center, library, extensive arts and crafts area, private dining room, billiards room, guest accommodations, beauty/barber shop, lounges, woodworking shop, bank, pharmacy, convenience store, private chapel and interdenominational services, outdoor picnic and garden areas. Residents enjoy indoor/outdoor maintenance and regular housekeeping provided, weekly flat laundry services, all utilities except telephone, apartment emergency call system connected to the health center, regularly scheduled transportation, 24hour security, and planned social, cultural and recreational activities.

Life Care Concept: Life care at Westminster Village assures residents of (a) private apartment or garden home, (b) supportive services and amenities, and (c) access to nursing care in the onsite health center, Bay Ridge, when needed, for as long as needed, for minimal additional cost.

Fees: Entrance fees begin at $61,900 for the traditional life care plan. Our Return of Capital™ Plan allows for 80 percent of the entrance fee to be refunded to the resident or the resident's estate. Monthly service fees begin at $1,920.

Qualifications: (a) 62 years of age or older, (b) capable of independent living with or without assistance and able to meet the requirements of living unit occupancy, and (c) financially able to afford residency.
